Feadship x Social Boat Experience

At Feadship, we believe boating is about more than craftsmanship and technology. It is about emotion, freedom, human connection and creating memories together on the water. For World Boating Day 2026, Feadship is therefore proud to support Social Boat, an Amsterdam-based initiative by Level 5 that organizes boating experiences for people with limited financial means and individuals who could benefit from a meaningful day on the water. On this special day, guests connected to Stichting SINA (Samen Is Niet Alleen) will enjoy a series of hosted canal experiences in Amsterdam, powered by the Social Boat initiative and supported by Feadship. The initiative reflects an important belief shared by both organizations: Boating should inspire and connect people from all walks of life. In addition to the social impact itself, the event also shines a light on craftsmanship, restoration and maritime heritage. Part of the initiative includes the restoration of a historic sloop previously supported at Royal van Lent, demonstrating how traditional Dutch maritime culture can also create social value today. Through this collaboration, Feadship proudly contributes to the wider mission of World Boating Day: opening up the world of boating to new audiences and future generations.
